EXACT DUPLICATE SKI- DOO MUFFLERS

We are very pleased to offer our line of Exact Duplicate Ski-Doo muffler assemblies for a variety of years and engines for many Ski-Doo models.

These mufflers were developed to offer the Ski-Doo restorer, show quality pieces that are exact for their respective year and engine. Duplicated both externally and internally, these mufflers use the correct gauge steel, welded and brazed construction, true dimensioned imported metric steel tubing for correct duplication of size and wall thickness, and exact duplication of the many reinforcing brackets that changed from year to year.

Great care has been taken to duplicate not only the external appearance of these high quality mufflers, but also to duplicate the internal design of each respective year muffler to assure the original exhaust tone. The Spaulding Vintage Snowmobile line of Exact Duplicate Ski-Doo mufflers have been reverse engineered from the study of many originals, each component carefully retooled, and are hand assembled using original engines as fixtures.

These mufflers come painted with the highest quality high temperature paint exclusively mixed for Spaulding Vintage Snowmobile to match the hard to find original semi flat black appearance. 

These mufflers reflect our commitment to offer only the finest restoration parts for vintage snowmobiles, and the discriminating restorer.         

NOTE:  Ski-Doo mufflers, especially single cylinder mufflers interchange with many engines. Also, as many of us know, they were very prone to breaking. Since our mufflers are exact duplicates of the originals, there's no reason that in time, our mufflers won't break also. Keep this in mind when ordering as original Ski-Doo mufflers went through many reinforcing design changes in an attempt to correct the breaking problem. But in doing so, many times Ski-Doo assigned the newest design part number muffler to older engines. This "superceding" of part numbers gave the customer the latest replacement part which should have been improved over the previous years.

Our mufflers are correct in design and appearance for each respective year to assure original restoration. When ordering, decide if you want the actual original muffler appearance your model had, or a later version muffler that may not be a true duplicate of that particular year and model but may have improved durability.
